Adrienne Williams is the President and CEO of WILLPOWER Consulting Group is a purpose driven management consulting firm.  As  an innovative and impactful leader, she is a sought-after executive who delivers innovative, strategic consulting to her clients and community.

Her approach to program development and event execution includes strategic deployment and optimize opportunities, with uniquely tailored solutions to client challenges. 

Adrienne is a gifted analytical strategist who is passionate and skilled at aiding in the development of executing high-quality, high impact program and project deliverables. 

She is passionate and skilled at merging corporate objectives that blend into the alignment and implementation of equitable, and socially responsible outcomes for clients and communities.

TxDOT Southern Gateway Groundbreaking Event 2018.jpg

TxDOT Southern Gateway Project - Dallas, TX

$666 million, 11-mile, design-build highway construction TxDOT Project to rebuild and widen Interstate 35E (I-35E) south of downtown, as well as widen US 67 between I35E and I-20E and the I-35E/US 67 split.

TxDOT Horseshoe Project - Dallas, TX

$798 million design-build TxDOT Project.  The project improved traffic flow and the congestion of downtown Dallas mix master interchange, and replaced the bridges along I-30 and I35E that cross the Trinity River.

TxDOT DFW Connector Project – Irving, TX

$1.02 Billion design-build TxDOT Project.  The project was 8.4 miles of SH 114 and SH 121 in Grapevine, Southlake, and Irving.  It doubled the size of the existing highway system around the north entrance of DFW International airport.  Project featured new main lanes, frontage roads and TEXpress Lanes.   

** DOT Project was the largest transportation funded project at the time of contract award.

Texas Business Opportunity & Workforce Development Program (BOWD)
Served as Executive Director to manage the TxDOT DBE/OJT Supportive Services funding $1 million-dollar DBE business training, and workforce development program. Worked closely with AGC of Texas, TxDOT On-the-Job (OJT) staff, and the Texas Workforce Commission for construction related training and business development efforts.
